We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason it’s not quite right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We do not provide return labels.
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
• Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@10th-floor.com so we can resolve this for you.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like an alternative size or style, we recommend returning your item and placing a new order.
European Union - Cooling-Off Period
For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
