Please make sure the shipping address is correct, as we are unable to amend order information once it has left our warehouse and is on the way to you.

All our products are shipped from our fulfillment facility in the United Kingdom.

Once your order has been received, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.

To return your order please fill in the contact form on our website and include your order number. A member of our team will contact you. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

When returning items to us, please ensure they are in ‘as new’ condition, well packaged in their original packaging (carton box, shoe box, dust bag, stickers must be on soles etc.) and protected. We cannot guarantee full refund in case of damaged returns.

Exchanges

Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges on our products. You can simply create a new order for the style you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime - you will be refunded for the unwanted item as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care

All orders are shipped from the UK.There may be Customs Charges for countries outside of the EU (European Union)

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment of courier fees, import duties, customs and local sales tax.
