All our products are shipped from our fulfillment facility in the United Kingdom.

Once your order has been received, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order.

To arrange a return, please visit the Returns Portal.

Please be aware that we offer a flat rate for all returns when arranged via our returns portal. Kindly note, all return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, you will receive the cost of the shoes, minus the cost of delivery and returns fees back.

To receive a refund for your return

•Your shoes must be raised on our Returns Portal and sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.
•You must ensure that your returned shoes are in perfect, unworn condition and has all original packaging in place.

Please note that if your return is in an unsellable or altered condition, it will be returned back to you.

Please note, returned orders via customers chosen service and out of Returns Portal may take additional 14 days to process.

Additionally, all returns sent back by customer’s other preferred shipment service rather than the Returns Portal are at customers own risk.

Returns to be sent back within 14 days from receipt.

How long do I have to submit my return?

All customers must log their return via the Returns Portal within 14 days of receipt. Once the return is logged, customers must return the item to us within 14 days from that date. After the 14 days, the label will expire, and a return cannot be processed or accepted.

Refunds

You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

When returning items to us, please ensure they are in ‘as new’ condition, well packaged in their original packaging (carton box, shoe box, dust bag, stickers must be on soles etc.) and protected. We cannot guarantee full refund in case of damaged returns.


Exchanges

Currently, we are unable to offer exchanges on our products. You can simply create a new order for the style you wish to have instead and create your return in the meantime - you will be refunded for the unwanted item as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please contact our customer care

All orders are shipped from the UK.There may be Customs Charges for countries outside of the EU (European Union)

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We are unable to predict the charges and the recipient is liable for the payment of courier fees, import duties, customs and local sales tax. Contact your local customs office for more information on potential charges if you are unsure.
