Returns Process

To initiate a return, please email info@10th-floor.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including the following details:


• Your full name


• Order number


• Reason for return
Our team will respond with the next steps.

Please note:

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Once your return is approved, the item must be sent back within 5 days.
• Items must be returned in perfect, unworn condition with all original packaging included. Returns that are worn, damaged, or incomplete will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any duties and taxes.
• Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned items only.
• If you choose an express or premium delivery service at checkout, the delivery charge is non-refundable.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or processed.
